How Are You Preparing? (Instagram Photo Recap)

Sunday is the  big day!! You’ve put in months of hard work and dedication leading up to the Nationwide Children’s Hospital Columbus Marathon & 1/2 Marathon and now it’s time to enjoy the experience. For the final week before the marathon, we asked our Instagram Ambassadors  to share their last-minute prep for this year’s race:

The taper can feel strange after weeks of running long miles, but JD Pooley took advantage of it this week by running 2 miles with his family on the BGSU track:
