Do you want to know far you can go in 30 minutes? Run or walk Eagle Candidate Caleb Browning’s charity race this Saturday, June 17, at the Upper Arlington High School Stadium Track to discover what that distance is for you and help Caleb advance to an Eagle Scout.
Every Eagle candidate must successfully formulate, research, document, fundraise and execute an extensive project providing services to a non-profit agency to advance to Eagle Scout status. Caleb presented his desire to put together a fundraising run/walk to us last year, stuck with it, and will host this run on Saturday. We would love to help him achieve his goal!
Not only will participating help Caleb, but also our community. You can register here or call/text Caleb at 614- 406-1882. To participate, every adult must donate 10 non-perishable food items, which will be given to the Mid-Ohio Food Bank. Kids under the age of 12 can enter for free, but more donations are always welcome.
The first 75 participants will be given a T-Shirt and there will be prizes given to 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place finalists. Food will also be provided at the event for all the competitors.
The race starts at 8:30 am (gates open at 7:30 am) this Saturday, at the Upper Arlington High School Stadium Track (1650 Ridgeview Road, Upper Arlington, OH 43221).
Supporters for this event are TriVillage Trophy, Knights of Columbus St. Agatha, Huffman’s Market and Kroger’s. We look forward to seeing you at the start line!
